JINSP RS2000PAT Online Raman Analyzer is designed to provide continuous, in-situ composition information directly from the process.
A Real-Time View of the Adsorption Process
In C8 aromatic separation, PX, MX, OX and EB coexist in the process stream. The adsorption separation process continuously changes the concentration distribution of these components.
Instead of relying solely on periodic sampling, Raman probes can be installed at strategic positions in the adsorption tower.
The analyzer continuously collects Raman spectra and converts the spectral information into quantitative process data.

Connect Analysis with Plant Control
RS2000PAT supports communication through RS485 and RJ45 Ethernet interfaces with Modbus protocol. This allows analytical data to be integrated into DCS and other industrial control architectures.
The PX application specifically uses real-time measurement feedback to support process-parameter adjustment.
Designed for Continuous Monitoring
The analyzer incorporates automatic calibration, self-diagnosis, thermal control and positive-pressure protection. Its explosion-proof cabinet configuration is designed for continuous operation in industrial environments from -20 to 50°C.
This makes the system suitable for applications where analytical equipment must remain available around the clock rather than being operated only during laboratory testing.
PX Measurement Performance
In the demonstrated application, the PX quantitative deviation is reported at less than 0.07%.
