Product Description
Accurate composition data is fundamental to efficient PX production.
JINSP RS2000PAT Online Raman Analyzer combines laser Raman spectroscopy, intelligent analytical modeling and industrial process integration to provide continuous liquid-component measurement directly at the point of production.
Precision Analysis Where the Process Happens
Instead of removing samples from the production line and waiting for laboratory analysis, RS2000PAT performs in-situ measurement through industrial Raman probes.
For PX production, probes can be installed at different locations in an adsorption tower to monitor the C8 aromatic mixture in real time.
This configuration provides direct information about concentration changes throughout the separation process.
Built for Complex C8 Aromatic Mixtures
The PX process involves four closely related aromatic compounds:
Because their boiling points are close, adsorption-based separation is widely used.
RS2000PAT is designed to extract the relevant Raman information from this complex chemical environment and provide quantitative PX measurement.
Intelligent Raman Analysis
The analyzer supports intelligent matching of analytical algorithms and customizable machine-learning models. Its self-learning modeling capability can automatically select suitable acquisition parameters and monitor component changes within the process.
This provides a foundation for automated process analysis rather than simple spectral acquisition.
Integrated into the Plant
RS2000PAT supports:
The analyzer can therefore function as part of a broader process-control architecture rather than as an isolated laboratory instrument.
Demonstrated PX Performance
In the PX application presented by JINSP, the system achieves a reported PX quantitative deviation of less than 0.07%.
The application is intended to support:
Industrial Deployment
RS2000PAT platform supports continuous operation and is available in an explosion-proof cabinet configuration. The cabinet includes three-stage temperature control and is specified for operation from -20 to 50°C.
For petrochemical producers seeking continuous visibility into PX concentration and C8 aromatic separation, RS2000PAT provides an integrated Raman-based process-analysis solution—from in-situ measurement to industrial data communication.
