Product Description

The JINSP ST830E/ST850E series spectrometer is specifically designed for OCT systems, serving as a critical component in spectral domain OCT (SD-OCT) systems. It significantly impacts key performance metrics including imaging speed and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR fall-off).

The ST830/850E series achieves wavenumber linear spatial dispersion through specialized optical path design, enabling equal interval sampling of wavenumber at the hardware level. This allows for direct FFT processing of acquired interference spectra without requiring wavenumber resampling algorithms, substantially reducing data processing complexity while enhancing system signal-to-noise ratio.

Featuring volume phase holographic grating (VPH) technology, this spectrometer delivers high efficiency, achieving 110dB signal-to-noise ratio in SD-OCT experimental systems (with 7mW light source power and 120kHz line imaging speed), enabling acquisition of high-quality OCT/OCTA in vivo biological images.
